Kulfi

A vendor holding two teadu leaf plates (same leaf that is used for the Bidi, the Indian cigarette) with cold kulfi in the narrow lanes of old delhi. Made of milk flavored with pistachio, almond or mango and served frozen, Kulfi is often referred to as 'Indian Ice Cream'.
